1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Telaro, a subscription service for creating and managing invoices, quotes and estimates. By creating an account you agree to them.
2. Your account
You can sign in with your password or a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep your password and inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details shown on documents you produce.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Access to the dashboard requires an active subscription. Any paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, after any free trial period ends. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Your content
You own the customer records, documents and branding you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, render and email that content on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Telaro for fraudulent invoicing, unlawful activity, or to send unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep Telaro available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Telaro is a documentation tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
