What we collect
Your email address, the company profile you enter (name, contact details, registration and tax numbers, bank details, logo), the customers and documents you create, and basic subscription information.
Why we use it
To sign you in, render your documents and PDFs, email documents on your instruction, run your subscription, and provide support. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Who processes it
Data is stored in our managed cloud database. Payments are processed by Stripe and transactional email is sent through Resend. Each only receives what is needed to perform its function.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, plus a short period afterwards so you can recover it. You can delete documents and customers at any time from the dashboard.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
